First time going there and oh boy it was a doozy my car alarm was supposed to be deactivated by a Toyota dealer apparently had not been that thing was blaring in the bay but these guys were so nice about it didn't get angry at me or anything. I was never more embarrassed in my life thank you for being an awesome bunch of guys and not making me feel worse than I already did. I would recommend them in a heartbeat they do a wonderful job.

I've been taking my vehicles to Ortega Car Care for several years. Paul, the head mechanic, is an honest and experienced mechanic who I trust to give me what I need and not what I don't. We've had a range of services from tire rotation / purchase, routine maintenance, oil change, and even more severe issues like an engine problem with a prior vehicle. Their system to send you estimates for approval works great, and the office staff is very friendly. I trust Ortega Car Care for all my auto maintenance needs!

I have never had such a greater experience getting my car fixed, than with Ortega Car Care. They were so professional and thorough in dealing with my vehicle car warranty they were able to persuade and negotiate on my behalf until the warranty company agreed to fulfill their obligations under the contract. Brian, Paul and Steve went above and beyond to help me avoid an $8k repair bill, and with the warranty I paid less than a 1/4 of what a very large and very well known dealership quoted me. Unfortunately, the big dealership told me they didn't have time to deal with my warranty. That's when I heard about Ortega Car Care from a friend and I made one phone call, my car was towed to Ortega Care Car, diagnosed and repaired several major engine issues, and now my car runs better than it did when it was new, all at less than 1/4 of the quote given by the big dealership. I can say from now on ALL my vehicle repairs and maintenance will be done at Ortega Car Care. They are awesome!

A few people have recommended I use Ortega Car Care for my luxury sedan. I was hesitant to take the car anywhere but the dealer, but the reviews both online and by word of mouth were exceptionally positive. My experience at Ortega Car Care was nothing short of excellence. I booked an appointment for an oil change at the end of day Monday for the upcoming Wednesday morning before Thanksgiving as I had to make a long road trip. I dropped the car off at 8am, the car was ready by 10:30am. Not only did they quickly service my vehicle, they did a full inspection, filled the air in my tires and topped off my washer fluid at NO COST. The shop is clean, the workers are polite and professional. I was very impressed and will be bringing my car back for brakes after the holidays.
